Team Building - Obstacles and solutions

Let's be honest. Relationship problems are counterproductive, teamwork, and are a reality, despite all efforts to remove them. We need to recognize and treat the pain in the workplace. My experience in the corporate world, these are the three most important relationship issues:

Us-versus-them mentality - you know what I mean in comparison to the novices experienced staff, marketing vs. accounting, administration against the rest of the people, men vs. women. This polarization and many others can not be denied. Theexperienced staff are angry about the new employee who ask questions like "Why are we so" I hate it when the new arrivals off experienced staff, their ideas without giving them a fair trial. Accounting insistence that we know in advance the cost for each phase of the marketing department will send staff a project beyond the limit, when they are ready to pull the trigger on a major initiative. Lower-level employees are angry about the regulatory authorities, while management hasFrustration over their perception of morality non-executive employees'. The boys and girls often see problems from different perspectives and angry about the stereotypes they believe in each other. There are many other groups us-versus-them, as you know.

Team Building Training

That'sa-Not-My-Job Attitude - A staff member of two other employees with 45-minute interview during business hours for non-business, and thinks that someone in management should be to take care of things like this. ASupervisor determines that the copier does not work anymore because it has a new toner cartridge, but he ignores them, even if the receptionist ill. A secretary sees routinely e-mail from a specific handler with obvious misspellings or grammatical errors, but have decided to forget it. The IT guy is a mess that someone looks at the coffee station on the left as he toasts his bread. All these employees have the same words from his brain: This is not my job.

FailureUnderstanding the differences in working style - some people take the information and respond more effectively through the written word. Want to memos, e-mails and reports from their employees. Others prefer the hallway conversations, a quick call or a meeting to discuss a problem. And other people have demonstrations, diagrams, charts and explanations of the whole team. What is your style of work? How do you deal with a member of the team that has a different style from you interact with? You insulted when a manager does not receiveyour e-mail to a specific topic? Are you giving up? Or do you want to discover their style and work with you on this level? Inability to understand or care that there are differences make a person a lot less active than the person who understands and represents his approach to others.

People do not work well together if you feel resentment to each other. So how to cure this disease and raise the level of teamwork in your office? Good question. It 'important to focus on theseQuestions, and it's definitely a part-good job, whatever your position on the team. The best place for himself: to adapt to understand, observe, to reach others, show respect and offer to help the team.
